Welcome aboard! After the contract is signed, it’s time to complete the onboarding questions and then we'll get you set up on our side promptly. Payments are automatically scheduled via pre-authorized electronic bank transfers to save time and hassle for everyone.

This is customized based on where you’re at and where you’re headed! Here are a couple possible scenarios:

• Scenario A: You’ve got a brand new business just getting started. We set you up with a QuickBooks Online account and integrate your other apps to enable real-time, accurate reporting from day 1 so you have the best chance of success.

•  Scenario B: Your business has been running for a few years but you haven’t paid much attention to what your finances are doing and CRA is starting to ask questions because you haven’t filed your GST returns for the last 2 years. We catch everything up while also implementing the current real-time reporting so we don’t get behind again.

We keep your financial records and reporting up to date on a regular rhythm, optimize your tax plan, monitor your key numbers, and plan for future growth with you! You can change your service package at any time, but we’ll make sure to revisit it with you at least once every year to make sure you’re being served well and see if there are any ways we can improve.
